Grown in the lush highlands of Villa Rica, Peru, this exceptional lot undergoes an extended 120-hour washed anaerobic fermentation, producing a cup that is vibrant, aromatic, and beautifully layered.

The first sip bursts with sweet orange and lively citrus, followed by delicate floral aromatics that Geisha lovers crave. As the cup cools, notes of blackberry and golden honey emerge, creating a silky sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. Despite its complexity, the profile remains clean, crisp, and remarkably balanced.

Produced by Dieter Noche at 1,600 meters, this coffee showcases the elegance of the Geisha varietal while highlighting the innovation of extended anaerobic processing.
