Produced from Community Lots in the highlands of Popayán, Colombia (1,740–2,080 meters), this Castillo varietal delivers a balanced cup that's approachable yet delightfully expressive. It's sweet, juicy, and just a little dramatic—the perfect companion for slow mornings or cozy afternoons.
